Although a native of Delaware, Rosemary has spent many years living and working in both Europe (Vienna, Austria) and in Australia (Sydney, New South Wales). Her work experience includes a three-year contract at the UNIDO in Vienna (United Nations International Development Organization) and tenure at Ryde College of TAFE (Sydney, Australia), Professor of Business Studies. Rosemary returned to the United States with her family in 1998 & joined her husband, Richard, as owner/operator of a Dover-based construction company specializing in Custom Log & Timber Frame Homes. To date they have built over 100 magnificent homes. Rosemary became a Realtor in October of 2006 & joined Bill Lucks & Dean Donovan of Commercial Sales Group. She joined Sperry Vann Ness - Miller Commercial Real Estate in September of 2009. Rosemary specializes in lot and land development; industrial and business park sales; mobile home park sales & retail business sales.
